How to Conclude the Online Sales Contract
To conclude the online sales contract for one or more products on the website, you must complete the electronic order form and submit it electronically, following the instructions and procedure provided on the website.

Shipping and Delivery of Products
You may choose between two delivery methods for the products ordered:

The products you have ordered will be delivered within thirty (30) days of the date the order was submitted. If you have chosen delivery to your residence and/or domicile, you can track your order using the Online Tracking number provided by the Courier. As soon as the Courier takes charge of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number. Shipments within Italy will be handled by the courier SDA. If for any reason we are unable to meet the above deadlines, we will inform you promptly and give you the option of setting a new delivery date or canceling the order with a full refund of the amount paid.
If you are not present at the scheduled delivery time, please contact us to arrange delivery on a later date.

Transfer of Ownership of Products
The risks relating to the products you have ordered shall pass to you upon their delivery.
