Shipping policy
Shipping in Italy
- We deliver in 2-3 business days with the GLS express courier.
- Shipping costs €7.50 and is free on orders of €99 or more.
- With cash on delivery, shipping costs €10 on orders up to €99.98 and €4 on orders of €99.99 or more.
- During sales and big promotions, delivery may take a few extra days: we always do our best to keep to these times.
In-store pickup
You can choose free pickup at our store in Frattamaggiore (Naples), Via Padre Mario Vergara 166. Orders are usually ready in 2-4 days; you can collect them Monday to Saturday, 9am-1pm and 4pm-8pm.
International shipping
- Europe: €15, free on orders of €249.99 or more. Delivery in 3-5 business days.
- United States and other countries we ship to: €50.
- For shipments outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway), any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient.
- Cash on delivery is available in Italy only.
When your order ships
When your parcel ships, you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Damaged or incomplete parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, message us right away with a photo: we will sort it out at no cost to you.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You pay return postage for orders from Italy and abroad. See our refund policy for all the details.
