Returns and exchanges within 14 days
You can return or exchange items bought on noidapiccoli.com within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. You pay the cost of sending the items back, for orders from Italy and abroad. The refund includes the price of the items and the original shipping cost, as set out in this policy.
How to return
- Message us within 14 days of delivery on WhatsApp at +39 334 716 0824 or by email at assistenza@noidapiccoli.com, with your order number and the items you want to return or exchange.
- We provide the return instructions. You pay for shipping the return parcel.
- As soon as we receive the items, we confirm your refund or ship your exchange.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tags on. If an item comes back worn or damaged, we may deduct the loss of value from the refund, as the law allows.
Refunds
We refund the price of the items and the original shipping cost within 14 days of your return request, once we have received the items or proof that you have shipped them.
Refunds are made with the payment method you used; if you paid cash on delivery, we will ask you for an IBAN for a bank transfer. If you prefer, you can ask for store credit to use on our website instead of a refund.
Exchanging a size or colour
Message us within 14 days of delivery. You pay the return postage. As soon as we receive the item, we ship the new one if it is available; otherwise we refund you.
Faulty or wrong items
If you receive a faulty item or one that is different from what you ordered, message us with a photo: we replace it or refund you at no cost. The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery applies to defects.
